How soon can I get my trees?

We give very personalized service. We normally ship orders the same day if we get them before about 10 am Pacific Time. We can often get them out the same day if you call us and have a rush situation: (800) 343-2313. It takes about 5 business days (not counting the day of shipping) to get clear across the country via UPS Ground, but we do offer 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Service. If you have a tight schedule, please call to make sure your delivery will arrive on time.

What type of trees do you recommend for my area?

Most of our trees will grow in 90% of the USA. For specific growing areas, please see the maps under each specific tree species. Maps show both the Natural Distribution (where they would be considered Native) and where they will grow. All of our trees are well distributed throughout the country and are not considered invasive species when planted outside their natural growth boundaries.

Can I ship to multiple locations?

Yes. You can get the quantity discount for your total tree order; you will simply pay shipping to each location.

Can you do individual mailers to our customer list?

Yes. We can do individual mailers for orders of 36 pieces or more. You pay cost of mailer, US Postage, and assembly charges. Please email or call us for individual quotes.

Can I get a sample?

You can order a sample by ordering one tree online. Because this is expensive with shipping, we will credit you $10 for your full order of 36 pieces or more if you have purchased a sample. You must put “SAMPLE CREDIT” in the comments section of your full order.

How do I personalize my kits and how long does that take?

We personalize kits in as little as 25 piece quantities. We ask 2 to 3 extra days for this service: call if you are on a tight schedule. One Color and Full Color pricing is available. You can choose a standard design, indicating name and date in the specified location or send a custom logo to kris@treeinabox.com. On a custom application we will layout the curved text or other specified information with your logo and email a proof to you prior to printing.

For 10,000 pieces or more, we will print totally custom boxes and custom contents in the 32 page book
